1 Rotisserie Chicken,
shredded 1/2-1 cup chopped celery
1/2-3/4 cup Craisins
1/2 cup toasted, sliced almonds, or pecans (optional)
1/4-1/2 cup of chopped onions (choose your favorite kind)
1 cup Miracle Whip (make sure to use enough so that the Chicken Salad isn't dry)
Directions: 1. In a medium bowl add all ingredients and mix well. 2. Chill overnight.
Tastes best if chilled at least a day or two in the refrigerator!!! Recipe Yields 8-10 Servings
