A Metro Councilman's public and profane confrontation with two fellow members won't result in any punishment.
The outburst by Jamie Hollin began in Council chambers and continued in the parking garage. A reporter from The Tennessean recorded the confrontation in the garage.
Vice Mayor Diane Neighbors said there's no regulation requiring council members to be civil during meetings - it's just expected.
Hollin launched into a chain of curse words Tuesday when two other members blocked his resolution honoring high schoolers who protested the so-called "Don't Say Gay" bill before state legislators in May.
