2 killed in head-on collision in Tullahoma

TULLAHOMA, TN (WSMV) -

Two people were killed and two injured in a two-car accident Sunday night in Tullahoma.

Ngoc Phan, 23, of Manchester, was driving his car eastbound in the westbound lanes when he collided head-on with another car on Highway 55 about 11:25 p.m., according to Tullahoma police.

Killed in the accident were Jermi Jason Vance, 32, of Tullahoma, and Angela D. Reese, 25, of Tullahoma. Allan Reese, the third occupant of the car and Angela Reese's husband, was airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and is currently in stable condition.

Phan was also flown to Vanderbilt and is in stable condition.

The Tullahoma Police Department is investigating the accident.
