Monitor your child's Facebook activity

Posted: Updated:

A company is offering a service to monitor what your children are doing on Facebook.

The service is called Minor Monitor, and it's the same technology airports use to check passengers through the terrorist watch list.

The program tracks any activity on your child's page that deals with sex, alcohol, drugs or suicide.

"We send you an email immediately when something like that shows up on your child's Facebook," said Infoglide CEO Mike Shultz.

If your child is tagged in a picture on someone else's page, the parent is sent an alert.

It also lets you know what time of day your kid is on Facebook and lets parents keep tabs on who are friends with your child.
