Fatal accident shut down highway intersection in Gallatin - WSMV Channel 4

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) - The intersection of Highway 109 and Highway 25 was shut down for more than four hours Tuesday while crews cleared the wreckage of a fatal accident, according to the Sumner County Sheriff's Department.
Officials said the accident happened at about 1:30 p.m., and the intersection did not open back up until after 5:30 p.m.
Not many details about the crash have been released, but authorities said one person was killed in the crash.
