New development planned for Bellevue

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Metro Council will vote Tuesday night on a public hearing for a proposed 2000-acre development in Bellevue.

According to city documents, Biltmore Ridges would be located on McCrory Lane near Interstate 40.

The proposed development would contain a mix of retail shopping, restaurants, office space, town homes and single family homes.

Metro Council will vote on whether or not to set an Aug. 2 public hearing for the development.
