1 Can of Large Honey Butter Biscuits
5 Cups of Strawberries
Bake biscuits according to directions. Clean, cap, and slice fresh, local strawberries. ( If preferred, slightly mashing strawberries a little gives a juicy consistency.) Whip fresh cream on medium for about 4 minutes or until desired consistency, and add sugar to preference. Cream needs to be about 60 degrees when whipped, do not whip cold cream. Separate biscuit into two parts. In a small serving dish of your choice, layer the following: biscuit, honey, strawberries and cream. Repeat for 2 layers. Top with a fresh mint leaf and powdered sugar if you like.
Cook tea according to directions. After boiling tea has cooled some, add mint leaves for about 10-15 minutes. (Use as many as you want to your taste preference.) Add sugar as needed. Remove cooked mint leaves and garnish with a fresh one when served over ice.
