Suspect Arrested In Tullahoma Motel Deaths 4-15-2011

A Winchester man has been arrested in connection with a double murder that happened at a Tullahoma motel.
The Herald-Chronicle reports a grand jury has indicted 34-year-old Marcus Wade on counts of felony murder, premeditated murder and especially aggravated robbery.
Wade is accused of shooting and killing Timothy Gill and Richard Elliott in a room at the Quality Inn on North Jackson Street last October.
This isn't the first time Wade has been charged with murder.
Two years ago, a grand jury in Franklin County indicted him in the 1998 slaying of Danny Simmons. Workers in Manchester found his body under an old storage building.
Those charges were later dismissed without prejudice, which allows prosecutors to bring the case back to court if new evidence surfaces.
