The Nashville Bun Company is getting ready to expand its operations. There will be a groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday morning at its building in south Nashville. The bun company is adding 25,000 square feet to its operation. Mayor Karl Dean will be among the officials scheduled to attend the groundbreaking. The company is located along Armory Drive near Berry Hill. When the expansion is completed, the bun company will hire 100 more employees, according to a report in the Nashville Business Journal. The facility currently employs 113 people. The business was visited by President George W. Bush in 2007 for its success and company growth.
