School resource officers on Thursday charged 12 Hunters Lane High students with disorderly conduct after a fight broke out in a school courtyard during lunch.
Police said the altercation began with two students fighting but escalated as others joined in. School resource officers were able to separate the students, and no one was injured.
One girl and ten boys, ages 14-17, were charged in juvenile court. Two of the juveniles are charged with resisting arrest. One 18-year-old man was issued a misdemeanor state citation.
