Ex-Metro Officer Chosen As Hendersonville Chief 10-05-2010

Of 71 candidates, Hendersonville has chosen its new police chief, and he's familiar with the job.
Leonard "Mickey" Miller served with the Metro Nashville Police Department for 33 years, most recently serving as a captain with the force. He's perhaps best known for his work in helping to solve the Marcia Trimble murder case.
Former Hendersonville Chief Terry Frizzell retired in July, and that's when the national search to replace him began.
The city received applications from candidates in 24 states.
