Vietnam Memorial Wall Travels To Fort Campbell

A half-size replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall from Washington, D.C., will be on display at Fort Campbell, Ky.

According to the Kentucky New Era, the wall will be exhibited Thursday through Sunday at Destiny Parks and Pavilions on post.

An opening ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday.

Speakers for the opening event include: Tennessee state Sen. Tim Barnes, U.S. Rep. Joe Pitts, Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan, Montgomery County Commissioner Mark Riggins and State Commander of the Tennessee Veterans of Foreign Wars, Ken Miller.

The exhibit is sponsored by the Fort Campbell Area Traveling Wall Committee.
