The Army Corps of Engineers won't be conducting a post-flood report on the 2010 flood, and Rep. Jim Cooper said he's furious.
The report would give more insight into the Corps' response to the flooding.
Cooper said in a statement, "I am stunned the Corps doesn't feel it is necessary to investigate their response to a multibillion-dollar disaster.
The Corps said it isn't doing the report because it will cost too much.
