NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Speedway's last race of the season has been canceled.The final All-American 400 race was scheduled to take place at the end of the month, but the operator said it's almost possible to promote the event now that everyone knows the track is closing.The city voted earlier this year to close the Fairgrounds for good next June.After then, the only major-league race track left in middle Tennessee will be in Wilson County.
