Seattle, WA -- (Sports Network) - The Baltimore Orioles on Monday placed reliever Chris Ray on the 15-day disabled list with right biceps tendinitis.

Ray is 0-1 with an inflated 9.28 earned run average in 23 games with the Orioles this season.

In a corresponding move, the club recalled pitcher Kam Mickolio from Triple-A Norfolk, where the right-hander made 27 appearances, posting a 2-3 record and 3.21 ERA.
