To enter, go to wsmv.com, complete the registration and entry form, and tell us in 100 words why you deserve to meet the cast of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. There is no cost to register or enter. Contest begins April 30, 2008 and ends May 22, 2008. Entries must be received by 3:59 pm on May 22, 2008.

Entrants must be legal residents of Tennessee and 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of WSMV-TV, Meredith Corporation, Internet Broadcasting Systems, TPAC or their parent subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and their advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities"), and the immediate families or members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. Winners of a prize from WSMV-TV within the past thirty (30) days from the beginning date of this contest are not eligible.

On or about May 23, 2008, a qualified panel of judges will judge all eligible entries received. Winner will be determined based on substance of written entry (60%) and creativity of written entry (40%). All decisions of WSMV regarding winner selection and this contest are final. Winner will be notified by phone on or about May 23, 2008. WSMV reserves the right to request additional information from entrants.

WSMV-TV is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. WSMV-TV is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure of WSMV-TV to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or the Web site or any combination thereof. WSMV-TV also is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other's computer related to or resulting from entering the Contest. WSMV-TV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel Contest if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention. In the event of cancellation, the prize will be awarded from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose name the corresponding e-mail account is registered to. All entries become the property of WSMV-TV and will not be returned.

One (1) prize will be awarded. The winner will receive twelve (12) tickets to TPAC's JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR on May 30, 2008, retail value $720 and dinner for twelve (12) at Monell's on May 30, 2008 at 6pm. Dinner includes entr?e, drink, and dessert, does not include gratuity, retail value $225;total retail value $945. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize cannot be awarded as described. Prize may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the discretion of WSMV-TV. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee express or implied by WSMV-TV. WSMV-TV disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third party product or service accepted by the winner. All decisions of WSMV regarding winner selection and this promotion are final.

Entry constitutes permission for WSMV-TV to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, photographs, voice and statements regarding this Contest for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of WSMV-TV and Meredith Corporation without compensation unless prohibited by law. Winner, and where applicable, travel companion, will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Ownership/Liability Release and Copyright Assignment and Publicity Release, unless prohibited by law, within two (2) days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim prize, fails to comply with all rules, is unable to travel on dates of prize or attend event on prize date or fails to respond to the winner notification, the selected winner is disqualified and the prize is forfeited. If forfeited, the entry with the next highest score will be the alternate winner. Subject to all U.S. federal, Tennessee state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WSMV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, disqualify, modify, edit, and revise any entries, subjects, or related materials that are obscene, defamatory, profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic, false, misleading, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with station's standards, audience expectations, or reputational interests or that WSMV believes may violate any applicable law or regulation or the rights of any third party. By entering this contest, WSMV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify any element of any entry or related materials and to disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the contest, WSMV, or WSMV's advertisers, clients, or customers to controversy, negative publicity, scorn, or ridicule.

By participating and winning a prize, winner releases WSMV-TV, Meredith Corporation, TPAC, Internet Broadcasting Systems, and their parent affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Contest or any prize awarded.
