Rockslide Slows Traffic In Smith Co.

CARTHAGE, Tenn. -- A rockslide brought Wednesday morning traffic to a halt on Highway 25 in Smith County near Carthage.

The sheriff's department said they have cleared the fallen rocks, and traffic is flowing smoothly once again.

No damage has been reported, and officials said this is the first time a rockslide has happened in this area that they know of.
