NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The deadline to vote early in the Aug. 7 election is on Aug. 2.The primaries will determine party nominees for congressional and state legislative races.Some local races are also on the ballot, such as the sheriff’s race in Williamson County.Almost 5,000 people have already voted in Williamson County. Montgomery County has the second-highest turnout with almost 4,000 and Rutherford County said about 3,000 early voters.About 2,700 people voted early in Davidson County. Related Links:
