James Carl Lech - District 9

James Lech said he is running for the Metro School Board to help eliminate mediocrity in the public school system.

As a school Board member, he said he will fight, every day, to return high intellectual standards back to our schools. Lech has pledged to to visit each of the eleven schools in District 9 one day, every month of the school year for the next four years.

  • Hire Teaching Assistants for the poorest performing classrooms
  • Place a Vice-Principal in Every School, not just those with 500 or more students
