MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- Murfreesboro residents who haven't received their census call can expect to have firefighters knocking on their doors soon.The county wants to be as accurate as possible in order to receive a fair piece of the state-shared sales tax.Residents can help the census by calling the hotline at 849-2021 or visiting http://www.murfreesborotn.gov/census/index.php
The deadline is May 15.
