Austin (6-2, 204); 7 - Ryan Durand, OL, Syracuse (6-5, 307); 7 - Nick Schommer, S, North Dakota State (6-0, 200)

Analysis: After losing out in the free agent sweepstakes for Torry Holt, and failing to agree to terms with Arizona for Anquan Boldin, the Titans selected Britt, the best remaining wideout on the board at No. 30. Britt was also the biggest of the premier receivers in this Draft, though his stock dipped a bit because of some diva-like behavior at Rutgers. If nothing else, the presence of Britt should make Tennessee less of a one-dimensional club offensively. Marks won't be an immediate replacement for the departed Albert Haynesworth at defensive tackle, but should be part of the team's interior rotation. Cook is an athletic marvel who will need to develop as a route-runner and pass- catcher. Mouton is a tough, undersized corner who can also return kicks. McRath was a fourth-round reach. The Titans selected Ringer with the final pick of the fifth round, but he could have trouble sticking for a club that is deep at running back. Of the final four picks, the secondary members McCoury and Schommer probably have the best chance of getting on the field early, as special-teamers.

Bottom Line: A defensive end candidate behind Kyle Vanden Bosch and Jevon Kearse might have been nice, but otherwise, solid picks here.

Grade: B+
