(Sports Network) - Atlanta Falcons running back Warrick Dunn is slated to miss three-to-four weeks after undergoing successful back surgery on July 21.

Dunn rushed for 1,140 yards and scored four touchdowns last season, marking the fifth time in his career that he eclipsed the 1,000-yard rushing mark.

His 9,461 career rushing yards is third among active NFL running backs.

The 5-9, 180-pound back out of Florida State has collected 43 touchdowns on the ground in 10 seasons with Tampa Bay and Atlanta.
