Carley Gordon is breaking new ground on Channel 4 News. She's both a reporter and photographer and is middle Tennessee's only television journalist focusing full-time on the Clarksville area.

Carley comes to WSMV from Fayetteville, Ark., where she worked as a weekend reporter for the area's NBC affiliate. Before that, she worked as a bureau reporter/photographer for Fox in Fort Smith, Ark. She graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in international relations. While in Boston, Carley had five news internships. She had another in Sydney, Australia, where she spent one semester abroad.

One of Carley's favorite pastimes is eating. She loves discovering new restaurants, recipes and cooking techniques. She's also very interested in international news and even reported from China in 2007.
