CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- A Clarksville utility worker is in critical but stable condition at Vanderbilt Medical Center on Tuesday with severe burns after working to restore power to an area hit by storms last week.Ryan Nicholson was working in the Crossland Avenue area on Saturday when he touched a power conductor surging with 7,200 volts of electricity.The worker lost several fingers and his left foot, but doctors said he will survive.A benefit fund has been set up to help in his recovery.
