Arthur March To Plead Guilty In Murder Plot

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Arthur March was expected to appear in court Friday morning and plead guilty to his role in a plot to kill Larry and Carolyn Levine.March’s son, Perry March, was recently convicted of murder in his wife Janet March’s death.The Levines are the parents of Janet March.The prosecutors agreed to an 18-month prison sentence for Arthur March in return for his cooperation and testimony against his son.Arthur March has already spent nine months in jail.Arthur March’s attorney Fletcher Long said he could not comment but said everything was proceeding in the case as planned.
