NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Perry March isn't letting a murder conviction keep him from getting what he believes he's due.

March has filed suit against his former father-in-law Lawrence Levine.

He is suing Levine’s law firm for money he said he's owed from working there.

March has been convicted of killing his wife Janet and plotting to kill her parents, Lawrence and Carolyn Levine.

He was also convicted of stealing $24,000 from the same law firm he's suing.
