Child Rape Suspect Duffer To Face New Charges

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Child-rape suspect Jeremy Duffer will face new charges when he goes to trial early next year.Duffer was on the run for months before he was caught working at a carnival in East Tennessee.He will face charges of escape and sexual assault.Duffer is also accused with the repeated rape of a child he met while working at a comic book shop.
Duffer’s trial is set to begin Jan. 8.
