Rogers Arrives At Nashville Women's Prison

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Pamela Rogers has been relocated to Nashville to start her prison term.The former Warren County teacher arrived at the Tennessee Prison for Women in Nashville Wednesday afternoon where she will serve her seven-year sentence for having an inappropriate relationship with a student.When Rogers was released after serving 198 days in jail, she was under orders not to contact the student or his family or use the Internet.But authorities said that even after appearing in court on a charge of violating her probation in April, she continued talking with the boy and sending him text messages and sexually explicit photos and video of herself.
Doctor: Pamela Rogers Corrupted by SexA clinical psychologist said in a July court hearing that Rogers was a sex addict who had been corrupted by these urges.Rogers worked as a physical education teacher at Centertown Elementary School, which the boy, now 14, attended.
