The man convicted of killing three children in Trigg County, Ky., in 2008 will be put to death.

A grand jury found Kevin Dunlap, 37, of Hopkinsville, KY., guilty last month of murdering siblings Kayla, Kortney and Ethan Frensley at their home in 2008. Their mother, Kristy Frensley, was also attacked but survived.

The jury recommended a death sentence for Dunlap, and a judge finalized the death sentence against Dunlap on Friday.

Dunlap will also be sentenced for three counts of tampering with evidence and single counts of kidnapping, attempted murder, rape, arson and burglary.
