Billi Jo Smallwood's 2 Kids Died In Fort Campbell Fire

Prosecutors won't seek the death penalty for a mother charged with killing two of her children in a fire.

Billi Jo Smallwood is accused of setting fire to her home at Fort Campbell in 2007. Sam, 9, and Rebekah, 2, did not survive.

Smallwood is set to stand trial in October.

Since the U.S. attorney's office won't pursue the death penalty, Smallwood could get life in prison if convicted.
