PULASKI, Tenn. -- Officials at a plant in Pulaski, Tenn., said a worker died Tuesday morning while working on the job.According to WKSR, the local radio station, a man got his head stuck in a piece of machinery at the Johnson Controls plant.The victim has been identified as Larry Scott Taylor of the Prospect community.The company released a statement Tuesday:"An employee was injured at the Pulaski plant the morning of November 24. Sadly, he passed away. Additional details regarding the incident are not available. The company is cooperating with officials in the accident investigation. Our thoughts and prayers are with the employee’s family."The plant produces plastic molding for cars.
