Officials said the counselor will determine whether this is an isolated incident or if the chief needs to undergo rehabilitation. The former Marine said he took the last two pills of Tylenol 3 and threw away the bottle.Smith said he has never failed a drug test in his 25 years of military and law enforcement service.
