NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- If you're looking for a new condo in downtown Nashville, there's a chance to grab one at up to half off the listing price Saturday.Developers of the luxury Terrazzo building in the Gulch plan to auction off 31 condominiums, with starting bids up to 50 percent off the current asking price.Only 13 of the building's 117 condos have sold since its opening in March. Developers said the auction will help condo prices recover.The 1 p.m. auction is at the Renaissance Hotel on Commerce Street in downtown Nashville and will only be open to registered buyers.Representatives will be at the Terrazzo's information center at 700 12th Avenue South from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
