Oak Grove, Ky. -- Fort Campbell representatives said gate 4 was closed for about 30 minutes around midday Thursday because a soldier wouldn't comply with checkpoint standards.Officer Jim Knoll said the possibility of a bomb under the hood of a car was investigated. A Fort Campbell representative said no explosives were found.The man was arrested and charged under the Uniform Code of Military Justice with threat of a hoax intended to cause panic or public fear and possession of a prohibited item, said U.S. Army public information officer Kelly Tyler.The man was released to his unit. His name and what the prohibited item was have not been released.
