CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- Clarksville has been named "the best place in Tennessee to raise your kids" by BusinessWeek magazine.The article said safety, test scores, air quality and affordability were all taken into consideration.Clarksville even came out on top for sites such as museums, parks and theaters.The magazine named Tinley Park, Ill., near Chicago as the United States' best place to raise kids.
