SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. -- A sex offender is headed back to prison for victimizing children.David Wayne Phillips has pleaded guilty in Bedford County to multiple counts of rape of a child, sexual battery and violation of the sex offender registry.Phillips, a truck driver, admitted to taking at least three children for rides in his rig and then abusing them.He has prior convictions for sexual battery and will have to serve his entire 25-year sentence for the latest charges.
