McMINNVILLE, Tenn. -- Four former lawmen have been arrested and are accused in an August prescription drug scandal.Daniel Clayton and Daniel "Cam" Conry both worked for the McMinnville Police Department. David Seibers was a Warren County Sheriff's deputy, and Larry Pedigo was a deputy in DeKalb County.The men have all been indicted on charges related to the August raid of the Americare clinic in McMinnville.The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said the men were all receiving prescription drugs illegally.The men had already either resigned or were fired from their law enforcement positions after the raid occurred this past summer.
