CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- Police are searching for the vandals responsible for thousands of dollars in overnight damage at a Clarksville high school.
According to a police, the vandals hit Rossview High School overnight. They broke windows out of a school bus and ransacked the stadium press box, damaging thousands of dollars worth of equipment inside.A spokeswoman for the Clarksville school district told Channel 4 News the damage estimate hasn't been finalized by its insurance agency. Police reported the damage will total $24,000.Police retrieved surveillance video from the stadium, which, according to a sergeant, shows three or four vandals and a car. Investigators will enhance the video early this week.The school will be closed Monday not because of the vandalism but in observance of the Veterans Day holiday.
