NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A robber gave Metro police a big lead to help them solve a gas station robbery early Friday morning.
Police said the robber, dressed in a black mask and pointing a gun, entered the Mapco on Murfreesboro Road just north of Briley Parkway around 4 a.m.According to police, the robber demanded cash from the register, along with cigarettes and the clerk's personal car keys.Police said the robber then drove off in the car, described as a gold, 4-door 2003 Honda.
