NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A Fort Campbell Special Forces soldier found with 100 pounds of Army explosives is due in federal court for a hearing on Thursday.Currently, Timothy Ryan Richards is only charged with possessing two un-registered guns, but ATF agents said charges for the explosives are expected soon.Two hunters stumbled upon the explosives on Sunday in a field next to Richard's home in Clarksville.The hearing on Thursday is scheduled for 11 a.m. in Nashville.
