NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Steve McNair estate won't be paying more than $1,700 in late rent fees for a West End apartment tied to his name.Both sides agreed to dismiss the claim from Gianikas Property Management.They were supposed to meet in court Wednesday to discuss the details, but an attorney for the estate said the matter was already settled.The property management group filed a claim in September, asking for $1,750 to cover late rent and pet damage charges for an apartment on Parthenon Avenue.
