NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A convicted killer has been charged with murder again.Tommy Page was convicted of the murder of a man in Nashville in 1995 and had served part of an 18-year sentence.He's been arrested and charged with the March 4 shooting of Wayne Moore at an apartment on Litton Avenue.Metro police said Page and Stephen Lowery killed Moore during a dispute over a debt.
