COLUMBIA, Tenn. -- The contents of a pink cooler are being tested to determine if the unidentified liquid inside is hazardous.Over the weekend, someone dumped the cooler on the side of Arrow Mines Road in Maury County. It was duct-taped shut.Hazmat crews didn't want to take any chances. It took them five hours, with the help of a robot, to place the cooler in a barrel and seal it.The lab results should be ready later this week.Authorities said the person who dumped the cooler could face criminal charges and have to pay back the county for cleanup costs.
