In Sumner County, a grand jury will decide if a woman should face charges for "poking" someone on Facebook.

Police arrested Shannon Jackson in September for violating an order of protection. The order, taken out by a Hendersonville woman, prohibits contact in any way.

To "poke" someone on Facebook sends a message that says you've been poked.
