NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Metro police arrested a mother allegedly with 28 pounds of marijuana, and they said they owe it to one of her children.
Police arrested Aisling Goodwin and charged her with having marijuana in a drug-free school zone, a crooks with guns law violation and drug paraphernalia possession.Police said one of Goodwin's children was playing with a keychain panic alarm and set it off. When police showed up at their home on McGavock Pike, they said they smelled marijuana.Police said they found 28 1-pound bags of pot, some hidden in the dryer and some in a bedroom closet.They said they also found a loaded 9 mm pistol.The kids were taken into state custody.
