NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A Nashville woman who was filmed by an employee while trying on clothes at a local Abercrombie & Fitch store is now suing the company.Abercrombie worker Kenneth Applegate II served 45 days in jail for the crime.The victim is suing the clothing store for negligence and for knowingly allowing Applegate to have a camera at work.The lawsuit suggests that company policies, such as hiring young workers, led to lapses in judgment by the managers.It also claims sexy images posted around the stores promote and attract sexually deviant behavior.
