NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- DISH Network customers may have some cash coming their way.Tennessee and 45 other states reached a nearly $6 million settlement with DISH.Some of the claims against DISH are that it charged customer debit and credit cards without authorization and without giving adequate notice. It failed to disclose rebates, credits and free offers that could have saved customers' money. It also compared its prices to competitors' prices, even though the goods or services were completely different.DISH is expected to notify customers if they are eligible for the restitution program.
