COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- A man in Cookeville was cited on suspicion of shoplifting in a bizarre case there.A clerk at the Marathon Gas Station on South Jefferson called police Saturday after going into the stock room and seeing an arm reaching from the ceiling, grabbing cartons of cigarettes.Investigators believe Walter Lewis Jr. was accessing the stock room by climbing up into the ceiling through the restroom.
