The two were found dead on Saturday in a condominium leased by McNair. The gun, a semi-automatic pistol, was purchased by Kazemi on Thursday from another person, said Metro police spokesman Don Aaron. Police are still testing gunshot residue and police will not reveal how she died until results are completed. Kazemi did not have a permit to carry a handgun, and police said they believe the weapon was bought in Nashville.Kazemi bought the gun the same day she was arrested on a driving under the influence charge. When she was pulled over by police, McNair was riding in the passenger seat of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, which was registered to both her and McNair. McNair was allowed to leave in a taxi after his girlfriend was arrested.Police said a third person was in the Escalade, but it was unclear who that person was. That person was not violating law, said police. The Channel Four I-team's Jeremy Finley confirmed on Monday that the location where McNair and Kazemi were shot on their bodies is raising questions. The I-team learned that McNair was shot four times, twice in the chest and twice in the head. Three of the gunshots were from long range and at least three feet away, but one shot was to the head at close range.Someone shot the former NFL superstar twice in the head from farther away and directly to his head.Kazemi was also shot in the head at close range, but Nashville's chief medical examiner Bruce Levy said the public should not assume it was a murder-suicide."There are several unusual features here as well," said Levy.Levy said rarely in murder-suicides is the woman the killer, and there is no history of violence between the two."Some domestic violence, maybe previous court activity, other things are going on. We just don't have that information about that at this point," said Levy.To show how far investigators are going, they will subpoena MySpace to find out if a friend of Kazemi's ex-boyfriend's posted online: "Who is McNair in 09? RIP Sahel Kazemi."The MySpace page said it was posted before McNair and Kazemi were killed, but a MySpace spokesperson said the posting could have come after the shootings via text message. Still, police want to know about it."If they don't rule it a suicide, then you have to look at who would have a motive to kill these individuals," said attorney Jim Todd. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is testing Kazemi's body to see if gun residue is on her body. That is not visible to the human eye, so they have to test and see if she killed herself. There will likely be gun residue on her body if she shot herself.Earlier in the day Farzin Abdi, Sahel Kazemi's nephew, said he does not believe Kazemi would have killed the former Tennessee Titans quarterback and herself.Abdi said police told him they are almost sure the 20-year-old Kazemi was the shooter, but he said she had no motive.Abdi said Kazemi believed McNair was divorcing his wife and she was preparing to sell her furniture to move in with him. There will be a public memorial for McNair from 3 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Thursday at Mount Zion Baptist Church. Mount Zion Baptist Church is at 7594 Old Hickory Blvd. in Whites Creek.A memorial service is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the church. This will be broadcast on Channel 4 and livestreamed on WSMV.com.Another visitation is scheduled Thursday for the Lewis and Wright Funeral Home on Clarksville Highway from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.Funeral arrangements in Mississippi are being held Saturday at 11 a.m. in Hattiesburg at Reed Green Coliseum at the University of Southern Mississippi. In lieu of flowers, fans are asked to make a donation to the following address:Steve McNair Foundation 1 Willow Bend Drive
