CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- Police in Clarksville have one man in custody and are looking for a second in a shooting at a stoplight.Detectives said Roderick Self is charged with assault and is in jail on $500,000 bond.They believe Self and another man, Tavares Trotter, opened fire on the victim at the corner of Crossland and Greenwood avenues last month.The victim was hit in the shoulder and didn't report the violence at first out of fear.
